Kelly assists businesses and individuals with their litigation needs, including commercial and business disputes, shareholder disputes, professional liability claims, personal torts, and a variety of other areas. Kelly also provides regulatory and compliance counsel for public utilities and represents those clients before state regulatory bodies in litigation matters.
A former clerk for the Honorable Margaret H. Chutich of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Kelly also handles appellate litigation matters at both the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Kelly joined the firm in 2026 along with her colleagues from Moss & Barnett, where she was the captain of the associate's Legal Aid Society - One Hour of Sharing campaign. She earned her B.S. from Cornell University, and her J.D., summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, where she was the executive editor of the William Mitchell Law Review and was awarded third place oralist in the National Native American Law Students Association Moot Court competition.
