Paul’s practice focuses on helping clients find solutions and achieve their goals. He accomplishes these objectives by taking the time to learn the business of his clients, listening and understanding their needs, and being a reliable partner.

Paul has a range of experience that includes advising companies in the areas of securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, including vendor and customer contract drafting, operations and project financing, management concerns and competitor disputes, license agreements, master services agreements, and statements of work. He has substantial experience with SEC and exchange disclosure and reporting, along with capital-raising transactions, including both private and public offerings. Paul works with mature and early stage companies.

In addition, Paul maintains an active pro bono practice focused on advising low-income owners of small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
