As vaccination rates rise and COVID-19 cases decline, California has plans to lift pandemic-related restrictions for most businesses by June 15. Despite the state's reopening, CAL/OSHA's revised Emergency Temporary Standards, while easing some restrictions, continue to impose significant obligations on California employers to ensure a safe and healthy workplace, and local city and county public health orders also may add additional obligations employers must follow as employees return to work. The EEOC has also updated its vaccine guidance. This webinar will discuss these legal obligations, any current updates, and the do's and don'ts for California employers as employees return to the workplace.
