Elena is an experienced employment law counselor and litigator on matters relating to medical leave, employment contracts, OSHA, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and traditional labor law issues. She partners with clients to develop policies and processes that work for both the company and its employees and to devise effective litigation game plans that address each client’s unique business goals.

Elena earned her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and her law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley.
