Madeline focuses her practice on insurance bad faith litigation and brings prior experience counseling clients at a full-service international law firm. She has conducted several depositions and is actively involved in assisting senior partners build robust factual and legal arguments.
Madeline earned her J.D. in 2024 from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where she served for two years as an articles editor for the International Law Review Association. She received her B.S. in integrative studies from the University of North Texas in 2019.
During law school, Madeline worked as a family law clerk, drafting and filing petitions for divorce, adoptions, and mediated settlement agreements. She also served as a student attorney with the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women, and assisted senior attorneys in preparing for client mediations, hearings, and related proceedings. Additionally, Madeline gained experience guiding colleagues in various advocacy initiatives as 1L chair, 1L mentor, and as chapter president of the American Constitution Society.
Outside of her practice, Madeline enjoys road cycling, caring for her plants, and spending time with her Siamese cat, Indigo.
