The underwriters exercised their overallotment option in full, purchasing an additional 142,180 common shares and 71,090 warrants, raising an additional $1.2 million (USD). Each whole warrant has an exercise price of $10.13 (USD) and expires three years from the date of issuance.

(CBOE CA: ALGO) (OTCQB: HHPHF) (FSE: OHCN), a health care company focused on developing artificial intelligence health diagnostic applications.

Served as underwriter’s counsel to ThinkEquity LLC, an investment bank, in follow-on public offerings of securities of BriaCell Therapeutics Corp., a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company, for aggregate proceeds of $22.1 million (USD).
