Cozen O’Connor opened its Seattle office in 1985. The office is located in the central business district of Seattle.

The Seattle Office is located in the Wells Fargo Building located between Madison and Marion Streets, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. The main building entrance is located on 3rd Avenue. There is also an entrance on 2nd Avenue, using two escalators to reach the main lobby. The main reception area for our office is located on the 19th floor. The office is within easy walking distance to the famous Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Benaroya Hall, historic Pioneer Square, theaters and shopping malls. You are able to find our office by car or air.
Car
I-5 Northbound (from Sea-Tac Airport) and also Westbound I-90:
Leaving the airport, follow the signs for I-405/Renton/I-5. Take the I-5 North exit on the left toward Seattle. Merge onto I-5 north. When arriving in Seattle, exit at the Madison Street (on the right side of the freeway). Take a left at the stop light and go down Madison (towards the water). When you cross 3rd Avenue you will find a parking garage for the Wells Fargo Building (on the left) half way between 3rd and 2nd Avenues.
I-5 Southbound and also Bellevue SR 520:
Take I-5 southbound into downtown Seattle. Exit onto Union Street (Exit 165B). Head towards the water and take a left on 3rd Avenue. Go four blocks to Madison Street and take a right. The entrance to the Wells Fargo Parking Garage is on the left, half way between 3rd and 2nd Avenues.
Highway 99 Northbound:
From Highway 99, exit onto Seneca Street. Go straight up Seneca to 3rd Ave. Take a right on 3rd Avenue. Take a right on Madison. The Wells Fargo Parking Garage is on the left, half way between 3rd and 2nd Avenues.
Air
Shuttle Express provides van service to and from Sea-Tac Airport.
