Peter focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage and general litigation matters. His experience is in commercial general liability, directors and officers, and public entity liability policies, including personal lines property and auto insurance policies. He also deals in insurance bad faith, Washington Insurance Fair Conduct Act, Consumer Protections Act, and breach of contract laws, regulations, claims and litigation.

Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Peter was most recently an associate at a Seattle firm focused on complex insurance coverage matters, significant construction defect claims, commercial litigation significant injury, professional liability and alternative dispute resolution.

Peter earned his undergraduate degree from University of Washington. Peter earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law where he received a certificate in dispute resolution, the Bruce Spalding Memorial Award for Trial Advocacy and was best in class: trial practice 2012.
