Bethany provides advice and counsel on a broad spectrum of employment law issues including: contingent workforce issues, employee relations, performance management, leaves of absence and accommodations, wage and hour, internal investigations and compensation. She also has defended management in employment litigation matters involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and other employment claims.
